Technology Infrastructure Officer
- Provide IT Jira helpdesk on the desktop, network and data center facility at Head Office and all marketing offices.
- Check and provide solutions for problems arise from IT Jira helpdesk and malware, addware, spyware, virus issues from users.
- Monitor CPU usage, disk usage, memory usage in hardware, network, and all servers.
- Maintain all IT assests invetory such as server, hardware, and network.
- Execute scheduled batch job processing (daily and monthly batch).
- Resolve batch issues if there are stuck batches, batches errors, or batches bombs until batches running normally.
- Install operating system and application.
Skills / Experiences
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, preferably in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of experience, preferably in Life Insurance Industry.
- Good interpersonal skills and team work.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and English (verbal and written).
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
