Responsibilities

  • Provide IT Jira helpdesk on the desktop, network and data center facility at Head Office and all marketing offices.
  • Check and provide solutions for problems arise from IT Jira helpdesk and malware, addware, spyware, virus issues from users.
  • Monitor CPU usage, disk usage, memory usage in hardware, network, and all servers.
  • Maintain all IT assests invetory such as server, hardware, and network.
  • Execute scheduled batch job processing (daily and monthly batch).
  • Resolve batch issues if there are stuck batches, batches errors, or batches bombs until batches running normally.
  • Install operating system and application.

Skills / Experiences

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, preferably in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 (two) years of experience, preferably in Life Insurance Industry.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team work.
  • Good communication skills in Indonesian and English (verbal and written).
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
