Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound call to customer or insurance agent to inform about premium payment.
  • Check if insurance policy has been received by customers.
  • Perform outbound call to customers for after sales service transaction such as withdrawal, address change, etc.

Education Level

  • ·   Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.

Skills / Experiences

  • Minimum 1 (one) year experience in similar position (handling outbound call), preferably in life insurance industry.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team work.
  • Good communication skills in Indonesian and English (oral and written).
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
