1.       Replacement at no cost to policy owners, of policy document/medical card which is lost or damaged by flood

2.       Waiver of interest on outstanding premiums for reinstatement of lapsed policies

3.       Grace Period extended to 45 days and for longer periods if required on a case to case basis

4.       Express policy loans and cash withdrawals under eligible policies

5.       Express claims settlements for  hospitalization due to water borne or tropical diseases or due to accidents
