  • Give immediate notice to the Insurers by telephone
  • Notify the Police immediately especially for theft claim (for exception, please contact our Claims Personnel)
  • Notification on termination of the handphone line as applicable
  • Take all practical steps to mitigate any loss destruction or damage and to recover any property lost or damaged by theft pilferage or wilful means
  • Do not dispose off the damaged property and if possible, take photos
  • Cooperate with the Adjusters when called upon

Documentation Required

  1. Completed Claim Form;
  2. Written Statement of Claim detailing the property lost or damaged;
  3. Police Report;
  4. Purchase invoices/receipts/valuation reports of the stolen/damaged property;
  5. Repair/replacement invoice(s);
  6. Photos depicting the damaged property (if no Adjuster involved);
  7. Any additional information and documentary evidence as may be required by Insurers or Adjusters other than the above.
