  • Call us immediately to notify us of the loss or damage
  • Send us a fax or letter with:
  • nature of loss
  • date of loss
  • estimated loss
  • contact person + telephone number for survey arrangement
  • Report loss or damage incident to relevant authorities such as Police, Fire Brigade etc. immediately
  • Cooperate with Insurer's appointed Adjusters or Surveyors to assist in investigations/finalization of report
  • Return duly completed Claim Form together with written Statement of Claims supported by relevant documentation as requested

What to consider after encountering an accident

  • Contact our Auto Partner Hotline 03-2716 8981 or Tow Truck Services 1800 88 1301(Toll Free)
  • Report the accident to the Police immediately or within 24 hours
  • Send your damaged vehicle to TMIM’s Panel Workshop of your choice for repairs
  • Notify loss or damage to TMIM 03-2026 9875 or our Branch Officer at the contact number provided as soon as possible;
    obtain and return a completed Claim Form with requisite documents
  • Do NOT admit liability or make any offer to a third party
  • Forward all correspondence/notice of claim from a third party, unanswered, to us immediately

If you don’t report, your company may:

  • Lose all or part of your No Claim Discount
  • Be denied of your claim for that particular accident
