Can I make premium payment without going to your offices? How?
Yes. Auto debit facility through
- Bank Simpanan Nasional
- Public Bank Berhad (PBB) / Public Finance Berhad (PFB)
- Credit Card (applicable only for certain plans, please refer to Q2 under "Credit Card" for more details)
Can I make premium payment to the company directly? How?
Yes. During office hours
- By Cash
- By Cheque
- By Credit card (applicable only for certain plans, please refer to Q1 & Q2 under "Credit Card" for more details)
After office hours and on a non-working day
- Drop your cheque(s) into the lodge box located at the front door of our selected offices i.e. Kuala Lumpur, Kuantan, Ipoh and Kuching.
If I issue a cheque, who should be the payee?
Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd.
How many policies can I pay for with one (1) cheque?
Maximum 5 policies.
If I issue a cheque, what information should I provide on the reverse of the cheque?
Name of contact person, Telephone number of contact person

- Policyholder's name
- Policy number
