• Ensure that enquiries via Hotline and emails are replied in a clear, concise manner within stipulated turnaround time
  • Liaise with the relevant departments to get the information required
  • Escalate feedback for continuous improvement purpose
  • Work with departments concerned to investigate and resolve complaints

Education Level

  • Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline
  • CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9(A) and Certificate in Health Insurance

Skills / Experiences

  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in customer service
  • Relevant operations experience in 3rd party distribution channels preferred
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office
  • Analytical & creative thinking to identify & solve customer issue
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Self driven and independent
