• Identify and run strategic initiatives for Agency channel by understanding key drivers and strategic issues impacting agency performance 
  • Building relationship with agencies and implement strategies for meeting/exceeding sales performance  target and sales success across the agencies 
  • Work with allocated agencies to indentify key issues, establish root causes, propose and implement solutions 
  • Identify process gaps, refine and streamline processes to improve the respective agencies performance, sales efficiencies and reduce mistakes/infractions 
  • Communicate new product ideas and/or sales concept to agencies

Education Level

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9(A) and Certificate in Health Insurance are essential

Skills / Experiences

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales management / business development experience
