• Ensure enquiries via Hotline and emails are replied in a clear, concise manner within the stipulated turnaround time
  • Liaise with relevant departments to get the necessary information required
  • Work with departments concerned to investigate and resolve complaints
  • Escalate feedback for continuous improvement purpose
  • Assist in various ad hoc tasks as required by the HoD

Education Level

  • Tertiary (Degree/ Diploma) qualification holder with certification in M5, M9, M9A & HI preferred

Skills / Experiences

  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience 
  • Relevant operations experience in third party distribution channels and customer service experience preferred
  • Customer oriented and possessed analytical and creative thinking skills to identify and solve customer issues
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Highly driven and independent
  • Well versed in MS Office
