- Adjudicate and process Group Claims in accordance to the department's claims turnaround time.
- Handle the answering of claims enquiries within the stipulated turnaround time.
- Run daily payment reports.
- Provide support in claims projects.
- Any other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- GCE A Level
- Diploma with CLI or any other insurance qualifications
Skills / Experiences
- Experience in adjudication of Group and/or Individual Claims
- Proficient in application system and Microsoft Office software
- Able to communicate and write effectively in English
