• Understand business needs, able to articulate business requirements and ensure requirements are implemented in the system
  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end all phases of the implementation of new product launches, Day 2 and other enhancements to the core system
  • Co-chair the Product Implementation Work Group in enabling implementation of product launches
  • Facilitate prioritization of requirements and request for product launches and ensure product launches and Day 2 are delivered on schedule and of desired quality
  • Ensure timely project information is provided to stakeholders with accurate and relevant supporting material
  • Assess risks and issues that threaten the successful delivery of the product launches
  • Manage and ensures deliverables are on time and escalating situations appropriately
  • Analyze and document requirements and changes
  • Any other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Education Level

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Skills / Experiences

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a life insurance industry
  • At least 2 years of relevant project management or business analysis team lead experience
  • Good knowledge of insurance product and processes
  • Well versed with AS400 or other core policy administration system
  • Highly driven and independent
  • PMP/ CITPM certification will be an advantage
  • Excellent analytical, written and communication skills required
