How do I update when there is a Change of Address / Contact Number / Email Address?

For changes to your contact number and/or email address only, you may like to use the webform or click here for quicker access.

For a change in your address,  

  • Complete the Change of Address/ Contact form and email to us at customercare@tokiomarine-life.sg or
  • Alternatively, you can mail to us at 20 McCallum Street, #07-01 Tokio Marine Centre.

A copy of your NRIC (front and back) is required to support the change in address. If the new address is not found in your NRIC, please submit a Proof of Address documentation e.g. Bank Statements, Utility Bills, Telecommunication Bills or letters from government (not more than 3 months old).

As part of the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) regulation, if any of the information regarding your tax residency changes, please advise us of these changes promptly by a duly completed Tax Residency Self-Certification. How do I update a change of Citizenship?

You can update your new Citizenship via the following options:

  • Complete the Request for Change form, attach a photocopy of the Certificate of Citizenship and mail both to us or
  • Write us a letter and attach a photocopy of the Certificate of Citizenship or
  • Bring along your NRIC / Passport and visit our Customer Service Centre at 20 McCallum Street, #07-01 Tokio Marine Centre.

As part of the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) regulation, if any of the information regarding your tax residency changes, please advise us of these changes promptly and submit a duly completed Tax Residency Self-Certification.
