How do I update when there is a Change of Address / Contact Number / Email Address?

You can update your particulars via the following options:

  • Complete the Request of Change form and mail to us or
  • Complete the Request of Change form and email to us at customercare@tokiomarine-life.sg or
  • Write in to us or
  • Visit our Customer Service Centre at 20 McCallum Street, #07-01 Tokio Marine Centre.

A copy of your NRIC (front and back) is required. If the address differs from the NRIC, please submit Documentation Proof (e.g. bank statement, utility bill not more than 3 months old).


How do I update a change of Citizenship?

You can update your new Citizenship via the following options:

  • Complete the Request for Change form, attach a photocopy of the Certificate of Citizenship and mail both to us or
  • Write us a letter and attach a photocopy of the Certificate of Citizenship or
  • Bring along your NRIC / Passport and visit our Customer Service Centre at 20 McCallum Street, #07-01 Tokio Marine Centre. 

How do I update a change of Signature?

You can update your new Signature via the following options:

  • Complete the Request for Change form, attach a photocopy of the Passport / NRIC (front and back) with your new signature on it and mail both to us or
  • Write us a letter and attach a photocopy of the Passport / NRIC (front and back) with your new signature on it or
  • Bring along your Passport / NRIC and visit our Customer Service Centre at 20 McCallum Street, #07-01 Tokio Marine Centre.
