• Collects and summarize sales performance data of each sales team and run a daily and monthly report;e.g. daily sales report, pre-approve report, free look report
  • Contact clients to confirm policy receipt and correctness of policy details
  • Administer, monitor and verify voice call file of telesales representatives to ensure that telesales
  • Representatives follow company’s sales talk which is complied with Laws and regulation and also forward
  • all completed files to Officer-Quality assurance

Education Level

  • Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s degree

Skills / Experiences

  • 1-2 years experience in administration or telesales representative or call center field
  • Computer competency; Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word
  • Experience in insurance is a plus
