Contact policy holders to determine premium payment, to obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls and also to persuade policy holders not to cancel their policy. May answer inquiries and resolve customers’ problems. Require limited Knowledge of company, products, and/or services.

Education Level

  • Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s degree

Skills / Experiences

  • Male or Female
  • At least 2 years experience in Insurance business as a Telesales representative, Call center or Customer service
  • Having good human relationship and service-mind
  • Having a negotiation skill and power of persuasion
  • Computer literacy; Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word
