Responsibilities  

  • Handle customers inquiries via telephone, e-mail and front counter to provide information and problem resolution in accordance with Organization’s service standard and call to Telemarketing’s customer for renewal matter

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field

Skills / Experiences

  • At least 1 year experience in customer service or call center in life insurance business
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellence in interpersonal skill, communication skill and service mind
  • Thai Nationality
