• Ensure of operation function compliance development
  • Ensure of Compliance monitoring conducted  
  • Ensure of effective education or compliance communication to all staff and sales representatives are in place and conducted properly according plan 
  • Ensure of Regulatory compliance and non-regulatory compliance 
  • Ensure of Compliance manual and related policies development and revised for the Board Approval
  • Ensure of TMA requirement observed and followed
  • Ensure of Compliance business plan developed and conducted
  • Ensure of Incident Reported, Analyzed for proper remedy and preventive measurement

Education Level

  • Bachelor Degree in any field (Master Degree is preferable)

Skills / Experiences

  • Minimum 5 years experiences in compliance function (Life Insurance Industry is preferable)    
  • Strong leadership, initiative and self – drive with team mind-set and excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Good command of written and spoken in English (TOEIC score >600) 
  • Having analysis thinking
  • Computer literacy; Microsoft Office
