Monitor and assure the standard of sale quality for Telemarketing channel; listen to voice file as per standard scale. Handle QA report arrangement, feedback to Telemarketing sale team. Monitor to assure agreed SLA and standard procedure related to Telemarketing, Bancassurance and future channel. Co-ordinate and feedback QA result to O/S and related partners to uplift Standard of sale quality.

Education Level

  • Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s degree

Skills / Experiences

  • At least 5 years experience in Quality Assurance
  • Experience in insurance telemarketing is a plus 
  • Computer competency; Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word
  • Having Service Mind
  • Can work under pressure
