When the Insured is dead and the life policy is in force, the Policyholder or the beneficiary or their representative shall promptly notify and submit the evidences of death to the Company by writing in the Company’s form which declare about the death.
How to get a Claim Reimbursement
- Download the relevant “Life Insurance” Claim Form from our claims center.
- Fill in the form and submit it and the required documents via your HR department, your service agent/broker or by registered mail to: Policy Owner Service department Tokio Marine Life Insurance (Thailand) PCL. Empire Tower 26 fl., 1 South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120
- Once we have received all the required documents, we will process your claim and inform you of the outcome within 15 working days.
- Once all the forms are completed, we will mail your payment by cheque.
