It covers both medical and legal costs which arise in the course of employment under the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, concerning Workmen Compensation procedure as stipulated in such relevant laws and regulations which is in effect whilst employees sustain injuries.

  • Any injury, accident and illness or any disease caused directly or indirectly by:
    • war
    • invasion
    • enemy action
    • allied war (declared or otherwise)
    • civil war
    • rebellion
    • revolution
    • insurrection or seizure of power by the military or other groups 

 

Your liability  to  employees  of  your contractors

Any employee who does not qualify as an "employee" within the meaning of the Labour Law.
