  • Complete a Claims Form/Claims Supporting Documents

  • Police Report / Warrant of Arrest / Court Verdict
  • Accounting & Financial Documents
  • Stock Records
  • Employee History / Employment Contract / Guarantee Contract / Termination of Employment Letter / Letter of Resignation
  • Any additional documents as necessary

What to do after an accident

  1. Contact the Police immediately
  2. Notify our Claims Department by phone as soon as possible, with details of loss or defalcation.
  3. Take practical or reasonable steps to recover the money and/or property lost.
  4. Cooperate with us and the Adjuster to facilitate all claim handling.
