Assistant Manager Share Service Center
- Ensure that day-to-day processed run smoothly and meet with service level agreement (SLA).
- Achieving data entry operation objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans; prepare and complete the action plans; implement production, productivity, and problem resolving.
- Improves data entry quality, studying, evaluating, coordinating, and system improvement; to align with data entry procedures.
- Establish the report and monitor the performance in accordance with department goal and KPI.
- Other assignments as per instruct by Manager of Share Service Center department.
- Bachelor / higher degree
- At least 5 years in related field
- Leadership and supervisory background
- Able to use computer applications effectively
- Good command of spoken and written English
