Responsibilities

  • Supporting core functions in coordinating mailroom services activities to ensure smooth operations of mailing deliveries.
  • Managing daily mailing delivery until completion. 
  • Preparing mailroom service monthly report.
  • Coordinate with other departments on requirements in daily mailing delivery service.
  • Coordinate logistics activities related to procurement/purchasing shipment
  • Develop and execute tools and methodologies to enable effective implementation of logistic plans.
  • Managing group of messenger daily assignments.
  • Re-arrange messenger mailing routes.


 

Skills/Experiences

  • BA in Business Administration or related field, General Affair Background.
  • More than 7  years experience in General Affair
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, service mind, ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Supervises routine mailroom and logistic services working process, supports forecasting of mailing delivery planning to ensure smooth operations with reasonable costs, and acts as supporting roles in GA related activities.
