Responsibilities

  • Identification of incoming receipts & handle related queries from other departments
  • Stop cheques & stale cheques handling
  • Agent compensation & disbursements
  • Policy benefits disbursements
  • GROUP insurance/employees’ benefits administration
  • Credit card processing
  • Assist in month-end closing
  • Prepare audit schedules
  • Prepare bank & balance sheet reconciliations
  • Recommend and implement process improvements
  • Perform UAT testing
  • Any other project/duties as assigned by the Section/Department Head

Education Level 

  • Diploma in Accountancy

Skills / Experiences 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in insurance industry
  • Knowledge in AS400 preferred
