New Business

  • Handle assessment of request of quotation from intermediaries and clients and provide proposals within turnaround time

  • Build rapport and excellent business relationship with intermediaries and clients through regular visitations and engagement

  • Provide motivational and product training to intermediaries to generate sales activities

  • Plan and execute marketing activities

  • Conduct employee communication sessions as required by clients

  • Work closely with New Opportunities & Worksite Department to create worksite events and opportunities

  • Work closely with Operations team to ensure the collection of premium is timely

  • Achieve the assigned target of New Business sales through the assigned channels of distribution

Client Servicing

  • Handle sales and/or policy enquiries from intermediaries/clients

  • Conduct employee communication sessions as required by clients


Education Level 

  • Recognised Diploma or Degree

Skills / Experiences 

  • Minimum 5 years in Group Life and/or Health Insurance
  • Meticulous, responsible and customer centric
  • Good written and communicaton skills
  • Able to engage & present proposals to stakeholders
  • Experience dealing with various channels of distribution will be of added advantage
