Fire Insurance Policy for Dwelling

This policy covers property against by fire, lightning, explosion, aircraft, vehicle impact, water damage and natural perlis(Windstorm, Flood, Earthquake or volcanic eruption or tidal wave or tsunami, and Hail. All not exceeding THB 20,000 per year)

For an additional premium, you can extend coverage to these perils:

• Windstorm
• Flood
• Earthquake or volcanic eruption or tidal wave or tsunami
• Hail
• Smoke
• Strike, riot or malicious act (excluding any action for political, religious or ideological purposes)
• Electrical injury

Your premium may vary, depending on:

• Your occupation
• Sum insured
• Building construction and surrounding area
• Risk management such as fire protection and so on

• War, civil war and any act of terrorism
• Radioactive and nuclear energy risks
• Goods held in trust or on commission
• Bullion, precious stones, jewelry or precious metals
• Securities, obligations, important documents of any kind, stamps, coins, paper money, cheques, books of account or other business books
• Explosives
• Consequential loss or damage
• The burning of property by the order of any public authority
