Liability Claims Process

Follow these simple steps to expedite filing of a Liability claim

Documents Required for Submission

Carrier/ Warehousemen Liability Insurance

Complete a Claims Form (or an Incident Report)
Ensure you fill in complete details of loss or property damage
Provide evidence to support your claim e.g. photographs of property damage and/or premise damage, delivery orders, a copy of agreement/quotation/terms and conditions of carriage, Third Party’s claim documentation, e.g. technical damage report, claim letter, debit notes, etc.

Public Liability Insurance

Complete a Claims Form (or an Incident Report)
Ensure you fill in complete details of loss or property damage
Photographs of property damage and/or premise damage
Third Party’s claim documentation, e.g. claim letter, document substantiating the amount claimed, etc.

Submit the completed claim form and required documents through your servicing adviser, or mail them to us at:

When to make a report

Notify our Claims Department by phone as soon as possible, with details of loss or damage, and current situation.

Always report the accident even if it doesn’t give rise to a claim.

Weekdays (within 24 hours)
Weekends & Public Holidays (within 24 hour)

By not making a report you may

Lose all the claim benefits/rights that you are entitled to get and / or
Ignore your responsibility to yourself and other involved parties

Reporting an Accident in Thailand

Make a report at the nearest police station.
Bring a copy of the report to us.

Duration of claim processing and reimbursement

The Company shall pay the amount of loss or damage within 15 days from date of settlement of claims and upon the Company's receipt of all valid proof of the loss or damage
