Exclusion for third party loss of life or bodily injury

1. Driver of the motor vehicle, who is legally liable, employees, spouse, parents and children of such driver

Exclusion of third party property damage

1.  Property which is owned or under care, control or possession of the insured, or the driver, or spouse, parents and children of the Insured or the driver
2. Weighbridge, vehicle bridge, railway bridge, road, race track, foot path, lawn or anything underneath such things arising from vibration or weight of the motor vehicle or weight of the load of the motor vehicle
3. Any luggage or other property being carried on board a motor vehicle or property being loaded in a motor vehicle or while being loaded into or while being unloaded from the motor vehicle or property being lifted from one place to another
4. The property sustains a damage from the leakage of chemical substance or hazardous goods carried on a motor vehicle unless such leakage arising from a motor accident or the leakage of gas or fuel from engine running of a motor vehicle

General Exclusion

The insurance under this section does not cover liability arising from:

1. Use of the motor vehicle outside the territory covered
2. Use of the motor vehicle for illegal purposes such as robbery, burglary or drug trafficking
3. Use of the motor vehicle for racing
4. Use of the motor vehicle for towing or pushing a motor vehicle except if the vehicle being towed or pushed is insured with the Company or the vehicle itself is a traction engine or the brake systems are joined together
5. Liability assumed under an agreement made by the driver which, in the absence of such agreement, would not have arisen
6. Driven by a person who, while driving, has an alcohol content in the blood of not less than 50 milligram percent

Exclusion of Use

1. Use of the motor vehicle outside the territory covered
   
2. Use of the motor vehicle for racing
3. Use of the motor vehicle for illegal purposes, such as robbery, burglary or drug trafficking

Exclusion for Theft and Fire Damage:

This insurance does not cover theft and fire damages caused by the following:

1. Damage or theft resulting from burglary or robbery by individuals who are authorized to use or possess the motor vehicle according to an agreement, a leasing agreement, a hire purchase agreement, pawn agreement, or by individuals who are entering into such agreements
   
2. Use of the motor vehicle outside the territory covered

Endorsement of coverage for damage to motor vehicle arising from collision between movable vehicle (M.V.P.10)

Exclusion of Damage to the motor vehicle:

This insurance does not cover:

1. Depreciation or wear and tear of the motor vehicle
   
2. Breakage of any mechanical part of the motor vehicle or breakdown or failure of any mechanical or electrical part of the motor vehicle not arising from an accident
3. Direct damage to the motor vehicle arising from carriage of load or load or number of passengers in excess of that authorized and not arising from an accident
4. Damage to tyres of the motor vehicle arising from tearing or bursting except the loss of other parts of the motor vehicle simultaneously occurs
5. Loss arising from loss of use of the motor vehicle except such loss arising out of unreasonable delay in repair caused by the Company

Exclusion of Use:

This insurance does not cover:

1. Use of the motor vehicle outside the territory covered
   
2. Use of the motor vehicle for illegal purposes, such as robbery, burglary or drug trafficking
3. Use of the motor vehicle for racing

Exclusion of Other Usages:

This insurance does not cover:

1. Use of the motor vehicle for towing or pushing except a vehicle being towed or pushed that is insured with the Company or the vehicle itself is a traction engine or the brake systems are joined together
   
2. Use of the motor vehicle, at time of accident, outside the scope as specified in the policy schedule
3. Driving by a person who, while driving, has an alcohol content in the blood of not less than 50 milligram percent
4. Driving by a person who has never obtained a license to drive any motor vehicle, or who has obtained it before but is disqualified to drive by law, or uses a driving license for motorcycle to drive a motor vehicle
