Follow these simple steps to expedite filing of a Personal Accident claims

What is the process for making a Personal Accident Claim? 

  • Complete a Claims Form

  • Submit Documents

  • Police Report

  • Provide evidence to support your claim


  • Ensure you fill in complete details of injury
  • Submit original invoices for all medical and treatment reports
  • Make a police report (if required)
  • Completed Claim Form
  • All of medical and treatment reports in connection the treatment
  • Original Medical Bills/receipts
  • Police Report (if required)
  • Death Certificate
  • Burial Certificate
  • Other (if required)

What to do after an accident

  1. Notify our Claims Department by phone as soon as possible
    with full details of the accident
  2. Seek medical treatment from a qualified and registered medical practitioner immediately
  3. Notify the police in case of vehicular or fatal accident
  4. Cooperate with us and the Adjuster when required, to facilitate all claim handling

Duration of claim processing and reimbursement

The Company shall pay the amount of loss or damage within 15 days from date of settlement of claims and upon the Company's receipt of all valid proof of the loss or damage.
