The Policyholder must do pre-authorization of planning for the hospitalization to HealthMetrics at least 3 (three) days prior the departure.
Documents required for pre-authorization are photocopies of ID cards, passports, doctor's appointment and medical data.
HealthMetrics will verify the submitted health data.
If the initial diagnosis meets the provisions of the Policy, then HealthMetrics issues an Initial Guarantee Letter.
HealthMetrics will coordinate with the Hospital Provider.
The insured comes to the Hospital Provider and shows the Initial Guarantee Letter and pays the deposit.
HealthMetrics will do monitoring during Hospitalization.
The hospital send final diagnosis and Billing to HealthMetrics when the hospitalization is finish.
HealthMetrics will verify the final diagnosis.
If the final diagnosis meets the provisions of the Policy, then HealthMetrics issues a Final Guarantee Letter.
HealthMetrics will provide final guarantee calculations to the Hospital.
If all fees are included in the insurance guarantee, then no excess are paid by the Insured.
Currently, Tokio Marine friends can submit Reimbursement Claims for inpatient benefits, upload deficient or pending Claim documents and monitor the status of Claim submissions via TManKu.

How to submit a Reimbursement Claim via TManKu:
1. Login to TManKu
2. Select the Claim menu at the top left
3. Click the "Submit New Claim" button
4. Complete the data and upload documents
5. Check the Statement
6. Click the "Submit" button
