Job Function:

• Execution and implementation of agency strategies at branch level to ensure meeting company KPIs in term of VNB and manpower.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Focusing on improving productivity and quality recruitment

• Organize recruitment activities to improve agency mixed

• Conduct agency meeting and training

• Conduct 1:1 with leaders for performance review and actions to be taken to improve performance

• Monitoring and tracking agency sales on daily/weekly/monthly basic

• Provides solutions to agency and monitoring on queries reply

• Perform checking and transmission of agency documents to HQ within timeline (e.g. ROP appeal, AOM, LAB, new agent contract, transfer of policy, change of bank account etc).

• Build strong rapport with agencies

• Assist and support at various agency events/activities (BOP/Roadshow/Training).

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably good in excel and power point
