What is Fire Insurance?

This policy covers your property against loss or damage by fire, lightning and explosion of gas used for illuminating or domestic purposes only. For an additional premium, you can extend coverage to these perils:

• Flood
• Earthquake or volcanic eruption or tidal wave or tsunami
• Hail
• Smoke
• Strike, riot or malicious act (excluding any action for political, religious or ideological purposes)
• Electrical injury
• Water Damage
• Vehicle Impact
• Spontaneous Combustion
• Explosion
• Aircraft

Your premium may vary, depending on:

• Your occupation
• Sum insured
• The additional perils
• Building construction and surrounding area
• Risk management such as fire protection and so on
