Tokio Marine Group’s
Senior Executives Visit Thailand,

Bangkok – Mr. Masahiro Koike, Group CEO and Mr. Shusaku Takashima, Managing Executive Officer recently visited Thailand to attend a town hall meeting with employees. The visit provided an opportunity for the Group’s new senior executives to introduce themselves and share Aspiration 2035, Tokio Marine Group’s long-term vision and strategic direction.

At the heart of Aspiration 2035 is the Group’s Purpose: “to be there for our customers and society in times of need.” Guided by this Purpose, the Group is pursuing sustainable growth and aiming to become one of the world’s top five insurance groups, with employees playing the pivotal role in bringing this vision to life through their collective expertise, commitment, and professionalism in creating value for customers, communities, and stakeholders worldwide.

The executives noted that the global business environment is becoming increasingly complex due to technological advancement, geopolitical risk, and environmental change. They emphasized that these are not temporary challenges, but part of a broader structural shift that requires a long-term perspective on the business. They also stressed the importance of employees at all levels demonstrating integrity, accountability, and ownership as the Group prepares for future challenges and moves forward with Aspiration 2035.
