Board of Commissioners

Mr. Diwe Novara is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Commissioner at PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia. Mr. Diwe has built a distinguished career through various strategic roles.

He holds a Doctoral Degree in Economics from Trisakti University, a Master's Degree in Management from Mercu Buana University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sriwijaya University. This strong academic foundation, combined with his extensive professional experience, provides him with a comprehensive perspective that bridges technical expertise and business implementation. 

Throughout his career, he has served in various strategic leadership positions, including Business Development Director at PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia, Group Head of Oil & Gas, Head of the Corporate Marketing Division, and Head of the Jakarta Menteng Corporate Branch Office.

In support of his role as a Commissioner, he actively participates in professional development programs and industry seminars to continuously strengthen his expertise in insurance, governance, risk management, and compliance. He holds the A2IK insurance certification from ANZIIF and has completed various professional certifications and training programs, including ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System and Certified Risk Governance Professional (CRGP). These achievements reflect his commitment to maintaining the knowledge, skills, and governance standards necessary to effectively perform his duties and responsibilities as a Commissioner.

Ms. Evia is a highly accomplished professional serving in the insurance industry. She currently serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia (TMI). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Universitas Nasional and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas Indonesia. 

Prior to joining Tokio Marine Indonesia, she built an extensive career with PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Jasindo), culminating in his role as Deputy Director of Human Resources, General Affairs, and Information Technology. Throughout his career, she has held various strategic and operational leadership positions, providing her with broad experience across both business operations and corporate management. 

She also served as Commissioner in several Jasindo subsidiaries, including PT Mitra Cipta Polasarana, a company engaged in building management services, and PT Jasindo Bangun Insani, an institution focused on insurance human capital development and training. In addition, she was actively involved in the insurance industry through the Indonesian General Insurance Association (AAUI), where she served as Chairperson of the Human Resources Development Committee.

At TMI, previously she served as Director Compliance & HRGA, contributing significantly to the development of corporate governance, compliance culture, and people management initiatives. 

Currently, in addition to serving as an TMI Independent Commissioner, she is actively engaged as a Risk Management Assessor and Examiner, Senior Instructor, and Facilitator in Human Resources Development programs. She holds professional certifications in Risk Management and Business Continuity Management, and continuously enhances her expertise through various seminars, workshops, and professional development programs covering risk management, compliance, IFRS 17, and human resources management.

Mr. Sancoyo Setiabudi is an experienced professional in risk engineering, with a carer spanning more than three decades since 1985. He graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1984 and has developed extensive expertise in risk management, operations, and organizational development.

Throughout his career, he has participated in various leadership programs, technical trainings, seminars, and auditor certification courses. He possesses strong capabilities in people management, business development, change management, and organizational restructuring, supported by hands-on experience in negotiation and stakeholder relationship management.

Mr. Sancoyo’s leadership, business, acumen, and commitment to building organizational capabilities have been consistently demonstrated throughout his professional journey, making him a respected practitioner in his field.

Mr. Shiro Kiyohara is an experienced insurance professional who has been contributing to Tokio Marine Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. since 1996. He began his career with the company as an Assistant Manager at the Mie-Chuo Branch in Mie Prefecture and has since built extensive expertise in the insurance industry.

He holds a degree in Economics from Keio University, providing a strong foundation in business and financial management. Throughout his career, he has gained broad experience in insurance operations, management, and corporate leadership.

Mr. Kiyohara is committed to continuous professional development and completed the Qualified Risk Management Professional program. His dedication to learning supports his expertise in risk management and effective business governance.
