NICO has signaled its intent to hold these shares for the long term and may increase its stake up to 9.9% through open-market purchases.
2. Collaboration in Reinsurance: NICO will join TMHD’s reinsurance panel, assuming a portion of its portfolio through Whole Account Quota Share (WAQS) reinsurance. This collaboration is designed to provide a stable foundation that is less susceptible to market cycles and strengthens TMHD’s ability to manage increasingly severe natural catastrophe risks.
