The project invites employees and their families from across 13 countries and regions to submit original artworks—including photography, paintings, and traditional crafts—that reflect on their contribution to society and the environment. By utilizing art as a universal language, the initiative bypasses geographic and linguistic barriers, encouraging a global dialogue on sustainability that is both personal and profound.
The 2025 Art Book centers on the theme "The Natural Treasures I Want to Cherish," featuring a diverse array of global perspectives.
This initiative serves as a starting point for action. It is designed to inspire confidence and accelerate progress toward a better society by connecting individual employee values with the Group's broader purpose. As highlighted by Tokio Marine’s leadership, including CEO Masahiro Koike and CSUO Mika Nabeshima, the goal is to foster a culture where small, personal actions—from saving energy to reducing plastic waste—collectively strengthen the world’s resilience.
Through "Dear Blooming Future," Tokio Marine Group demonstrates that the path to a sustainable world begins with reflection and empathy, proving that when a global workforce acts as "one Group," they can indeed help pass on a blooming future to the generations to come.
