All relevant documents which required
Policy holders and/or the Insured are mandatory to submit all documents/information related to the claims submitted
Request of supporting documents/information depends on the type of claim submitted
Claims can only be processed if all documents have been completed
Insured have to provide full assistance and opportunity for the Insurer or Insurer’s Representative or another party appointed by the Insurer to conduct investigation over loss and/ or damage occurring to Motor Vehicle prior making any repair or replacement
The above requested documents shall not be deemed as final and we reserve our right to obtain additional information/documents apart of the above if necessary
