Follow these simple steps to expedite filing of claims.

Documentation
Required

Fire Incident

Completed Claim Form;
Written Statement of Claim detailing the loss/damage;
Fire Brigade Report;
Repair/Replacement quotations (for damaged property);
Purchase invoices/receipts/delivery orders/stock records to quantify the loss/damage (applicable for stocks);
Technical/QC Report (applicable for damaged items/stocks);
Any additional information and documents as may be required by Adjusters.
Do not dispose off the damaged property and if possible, take photos

Theft Loss

Completed Claim Form;
Written Statement of Claim detailing the loss/damage;
Police Report;
Purchase invoices/receipts/valuation reports/stock records to quantify the loss;
Any additional information and documents as may be required by Adjusters.

Accidental Damage

Completed Claim Form;
Written Statement of Claim detailing the loss/damage;
Technical report stating cause and extent of damage;
Photographs of losses or damages that are the components of the claim (if no adjuster involved);
Repair/replacement quotations (applicable for damaged property);
Any additional information and documents as may be required by Adjusters.
