- Completed Claim Form;
 - Written Statement of Claim detailing the loss/damage;
 - Fire Brigade Report;
 - Repair/Replacement quotations (for damaged property);
 - Purchase invoices/receipts/delivery orders/stock records to quantify the loss/damage (applicable for stocks);
 - Technical/QC Report (applicable for damaged items/stocks);
 - Any additional information and documents as may be required by Adjusters.
 - Do not dispose off the damaged property and if possible, take photos
