don’t cover

✖︎ Loss of or damage sustained outside the territorial limit.

✖︎ Equipment that is licensed for road use as defined in the Road Traffic Act.

✖︎ Equipment in transit (including process of loading and unloading).

✖︎ Equipment used for racing, speed testing, or reliability demonstration for carriage of passengers to draw a trailer or towing any vehicle unless such towed vehicle is not towed for reward not in connection with your business.

✖︎ Equipment operated by an authorised operator under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.

✖︎ Equipment operated on board any waterborne vessel.

✖︎ Consequential loss or legal liability or any nature.

✖︎ Incidents resulting from wear and tear, depreciation, gradual deterioration, mildew, moth, vermin or any process of cleaning, dyeing, repairing, restoring or renovating, war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities or warlike operations (whether war be declared or not) or civil war mutiny, strike riot and civil commotion, military or popular rising, insurrection, rebellion, revolution, military or usurped power, martial law or state of siege or any of the events or causes which determine the proclamation or maintenance of martial law or state of siege delay, seizure, confiscation or detention by government authorities.
