Submit the completed claim forms and required documents to our Head Office or any branch office.

Claim Processing and Payment Timeline

Claims submitted with complete supporting documents will be reviewed within 3 business days.

The company will proceed with the payment within 15 days.

However, in cases where additional investigation is required, the claim review and payment process will depend on the investigation timeline but will be completed within 30 to 90 days.

What are the available claim payment methods?

1. Bank Transfer to a Savings Account
   This method is recommended as it is efficient, incurs no additional fees, and eliminates the risk of check loss through mail. Please provide a copy of the first page of your bank passbook, which must clearly show your bank account number and account name. This method is applicable for savings accounts only.

1. Check Payment via Mail
   The check will be mailed directly to the policyholder or beneficiary.
