As a TMLTH customer,

You are entitled to privileged service at any of our network hospitals. To enjoy this privilege, just show documentary evidence below. Whether you are admitted or seeking an out-patient consultancy, we will pay the medical expenses incurred defined in your plan directly to the hospital.

If you visit any other non-network hospital, you will have to pay for the medical expenses in advance, and make a claim for reimbursement. In order to avoid the hassle, it is recommended to visit our network hospitals when needed.

Payment Method

Payment will be done via:

✔︎ Direct credit to your bank account (please submit a copy of your bank book)

✔︎ A cheque issued under your name will be mailed to your company's address as specified in the policy contract.

The claim will be settled with in 7 days for health or accident claim and 15 days for death, disability, loss of organ, permanent and total disability and critical illness from the time of submission of completed document.
