It protects you from any material damage and liability for your project.
MATERIAL DAMAGE
Loss of or damage caused by:
- all risks of fire, lightning, explosion, impact of falling aircraft, theft, natural catastrophe, other sudden and unexpected damages as long as they are not included in the exclusion of the policy.
THIRD PARTY LEGAL LIABILITY
The legal liability of the Insured against third party that may arise as a result of:
a. Bodily Injury to third party
b. Material damage to property belongs to third party

- Scope of work
- Other factors
What we don’t cover
- Fire, direct lightning
- chemical explosion (except flue gas explosions in boilers)
- theft
- collapse of buildings
