DIRECT- TM Basic Term is a direct purchase insurance plan that you can purchase without seeking financial advice. It is a regular premium protection plan which covers you against death, Total and Permanent Disability and Terminal Illness.
What is DIRECT- TM Basic Term?
DIRECT- TM Basic Term is a regular premium protection plan which covers you against death, Total and Permanent Disability1 (TPD) and Terminal Illness (TI).
Note: 1 DIRECT- TPD Rider is a compulsory rider to DIRECT- TM Basic Term. Payment of the TPD benefit will reduce the sum assured of DIRECT- TM Basic Term. The rider will expire at the policy anniversary on which the life assured is age 65.

To provide you with greater protection, DIRECT- TM Basic Term comes with an optional DIRECT- Critical Illness (CI) Accelerator Rider3 that covers 30 CIs, up to age 65.
Note: 2 Guaranteed renewal privilege is available for policy terms of 5 years and the last renewal age is 80 years old. Premiums at each renewal are non-guaranteed and are based on the life assured’s attained age. Other terms and conditions apply.
3 Premium rates for DIRECT- CI Accelerator Rider are level and non-guaranteed. Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore Ltd. (TMLS) reserves the right to change the premium rate by giving 30 days’ written notice.

This is a direct purchase insurance plan and is underwritten by Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore Ltd. All benefits and features mentioned herein are subject to terms and conditions of the policy. You must refer to the Policy Contract for the precise terms and conditions of this insurance plan.
Note: As this product has no savings or investment feature, there is no cash value if the policy ends or if the policy is terminated prematurely.
